Virtual NASN2021 Conference Scholarship Application

This is an application for the National Association of School Nurses (NASN) Virtual NASN2021 Conference Scholarship. This application is intended to cover the NASN conference fee for continuing education. This State of Alaska and CDC grant money has been made available to our organization to assist school nurses from across our state to obtain educational opportunities. Virtual Conference dates are June 21-25, 2021. You must follow NASN requirements for completion of continuing education credits. All scholarship recipients must complete and email their awarded continuing education certificates to ASNA by Friday, July 12th, 2021 to be reimbursed. The 90 day completion that NASN offers does NOT apply to this scholarship funding or reimbursement. You will be notified by email May 11th- Early bird pricing is valid until May 15th, 2021.
