ASNA Board Officer Positions Need to be Filled

Hello ASNA Members,

We want to inform you that our new NASN Director, Karri Keith had to resign. We have also had other board positions leave since our last election. I have stepped up to be the Interim President until our next election in May, but I am asking for your help. We are all busy and overwhelmed, but need to keep this organization going. The ASNA board needs YOU! This is an opportunity for growth and leadership.

Please reach out to Kathy Easley if you have questions or are interested. We also have committee positions available (year long) that you can join to get involved as well! Please help support ASNA your professional organization! 

ASNA is looking for the following positions to be filled immediately: 

• ASNA Director- this is a 4-year position. Monthly virtual meetings with our NASN organization (and other affiliate directors) and with the ASNA board. NASN asks each Director to participate in other active groups to work on projects. This is to complete the existing term through January 2026.
• President Elect- this is a 2-year position. This would be to complete the president elect position ending in May 2022, then to roll into the president position (one year). Hosting monthly meetings and managing the association with a lot of help!

ASNA is looking for nominees/volunteers for following positions by April 22nd, they will be voted on by all members in May 2022.

• President Elect- One year as President elect learning how the organization works, followed by one year as President. Monthly meetings. 
• Vice-President- supports the President and organization. Two-year commitment. Monthly meetings.
