Often we feel powerless to provide interventions that work for our students who cut or self-harm, seeing the same students doing the same behaviors as they move through our school grades, unable to help them break the cycle.
This webinar will provide a general overview of self-harming behaviors seen in students and give actionable tips on how to care for these kids in your office.

Lauren Romanauskas, BSN RN has been a school nurse at the middle and high school levels for 13 years. She is currently the nurse at Bishop Guertin High School, a private Catholic school serving approximately 800 students in grades 9th through 12th. She is also adjunct faculty at Rivier University and will graduate with her Masters in Nursing Education in May.
Nursing contact hours (0.5 contact hours for each workshop) are provided by Northeastern University School of Nursing, accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
