Welcome & Congrats to New Board Members Starting June 1st

Good Morning ASNA Members,
I'd like to announce that Nancy Bale has won the election for the role of Vice President of ASNA. A big congratulations and a bigger THANK YOU to her are in order! Nancy has served the organization in many ways throughout the years, most recently by serving as chair of both the Legislative and ad hoc Conference Committees. She will continue to lead the Legislative Committee while fulfilling her new role. Her appointment will commence on June 1st, and I'd personally love to give her a most heartfelt welcome! Please join me in doing so!
Also welcome Jenn Cottle to her new role as President as of June 1st!
On a related note, we are still searching for a President Elect. This person serves a two year term and works closely with the President the first year of the term, then steps in as President the second. It's a rewarding role working with some wonderful school nurses! We meet once a month via Zoom, so it's not a huge time commitment, and as an added bonus you will receive compensation to attend the national conference summer of 25/26--which is a blast! Our time for election has passed, so if you are interested, you will not have to go through an election process but instead will be put in place by vote of the Board.
