The UAA Alaska Center for Rural Health & Health Workforce Mental Health First Aid Monday Series is back for 2025—and it's FREE!
These free, comprehensive trainings are designed to help participants identify, understand, and respond to signs of addiction, mental illness, or crisis. Whether you're a teacher, community member, healthcare worker, or just someone who wants to make a difference, our sessions equip you with the tools you need to support those in need. We offer both Adult and Youth trainings in blended, virtual, and in-person formats.
Sessions are available all over Alaska, from Anchorage to Fairbanks, Bethel, Juneau, and more—ensuring you have access no matter where you live. Join us for a training near you or online, and be part of making a positive impact in your community.
